Private sauna session? You can arrange it in our private dry sauna located in one of our spa rooms.
For use in the room, you also get a bathroom with a shower where you can cool down and a relaxation area - for a complete cycle, you still need water; preferably mineral-rich.
Saunaing consists of several steps:
- stay in the sauna (from 5 to 15 minutes)
- cooling the body in the appropriate way, starting from the feet and moving upwards,
- rest.
The cycle should be repeated 2-3 times.
Below you will find the regulations for using the sauna in the room:
1. The sauna can ONLY be used by adults.
2. The dry sauna located in the massage room requires prior reservation, which can be made at the main Vislow Reception. There is an option to rent the private room at a price of 60 PLN / person / 1 hour.
3. Guests can use the sauna at the following designated hours:
- Mon-Thu until noon: 9:00-11:30; evening hours 20:00-24:00
- Fri, Sat, Sun ONLY evening hours: 21:00-24:00
4. One sauna session must be reserved for a minimum of 60 minutes.
5. The guest receives a special card from the Reception department designated for opening the mentioned room, which should be applied in the designated place.
6. Immediately after the session ends, the guest is asked to return the card/key to the Reception department.
7. In case of losing or damaging the card, Vislow Resort is entitled to charge the guest a fine of 200.00 PLN.
8. Guests are responsible for damages caused during the use of the room, in accordance with the cost of repairs. Failures independent of guests (not resulting from intentional damage and leading to destruction) of utility elements should be reported immediately after their occurrence.
