If your reservation includes more than one apartment, we will do our best to allocate them in the same building. However, during high season and peak occupancy periods, we cannot guarantee this.
If you need an invoice for your stay, please provide the company details at the time of booking. Once a receipt has been issued, it is no longer possible to obtain a VAT invoice.
Upon check-in, the reception will pre-authorize your card for PLN 300 as a security deposit for the apartment. The pre-authorization will be released within 48 hours after check-out. This is not a charge, only a temporary hold on the card.
*For stays with dogs, this amount is PLN 500.
*If you wish to open a room account (hotel credit) and pay for additional services after check-out, an additional pre-authorization for a chosen amount is required.
Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge without additional services (towels, bathrobes, duvet, pillow) if they sleep with their parents in the same bed. If you need an extra bedding set (pillow, duvet) for your child, an additional fee of PLN 35 per night applies (only for apartments with a sofa). A travel cot is also available for rent at PLN 50 per night.
The wellness area is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, but after 9:00 PM, it is reserved for adults only.
The resort has an outdoor parking area, subject to charges according to the selected offer.
Passages between buildings are external; there are no internal connectors between them.
For special dietary requirements, we can only offer standard options such as lactose-free dairy products or gluten-free bread. For allergy-related concerns, please contact our staff directly.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible during the low season, subject to availability, which must be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure.

We declare that our facility ensures the safety of children in accordance with the Lex Kamilek Act on preventing sexual crime-related threats and protecting minors. For reservations including children, we do not require identity documents for the children at check-in. However, by signing the registration form, guests confirm that they possess such documents and are the legal guardians.
A local fee of PLN 3 per person per night is charged in Wisła.
Important: The local fee is collected upon check-in and cannot be included in the invoice or receipt for the stay.
