FACILITIES for dogs:
- DOG BED – from psyjaciele.com – high-quality, waterproof fabric with a springy, hypoallergenic mattress inside. And those designer patterns? So cute – let’s see which one you’ll get :) If your pup prefers the bed – no problem! Our beds are suuuper comfy.
- BOWLS – For food and water – a must-have! Please let us know your dog’s size in the reservation notes – we don’t want a Labrador getting Yorkie-sized bowls (or the other way around!).
- POOP BAGS – Take them on walks around the resort and beyond – let’s keep it clean together!
- NATURAL CHEWS from Lordzeton – the perfect post-travel treat! Rabbit ears (protein 55.7%, fat 8.2%, moisture max. 5.4%) or beef (protein 81.1%, fat 4.3%, ash 3.9%, moisture max. 10.3%).
- DOOR HANGER – "Doggy friend in the apartment" – to let our staff know not to disturb your pup while you're out. YES – your dog can stay alone in the apartment.
- MATS IN RESTAURANT & BAR – Want your dog to sit with you on the bench? Just ask the waiter or bartender for a mat.
- DOG PARK – a leash-free zone on resort grounds, including some basic agility elements.
- SWIMMING POND – for cooling off or just for fun, if your dog loves water!

(When it’s cooler outside - mainly in winter, we move to our creative room, where children can unleash their imagination and create real works of art! Painting, drawing, sculpting - here we develop manual skills and play as artists. On warmer days we move outdoors, where, in addition to creative activities, we focus on physical games. Children play together, learning cooperation and healthy competition during various contests and challenges.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that upon check-in, the reception will make a pre-authorization of PLN 500 on the card to cover any damage caused by the pet. The lock will be released within 48 hours of check-out, after the apartment has been checked by the staff.
Additional information
VISLOW Resort offers an outdoor, enclosed, and monitored parking lot. The parking spaces are allocated proportionally throughout the complex to let you park your car as close to your apartment as possible. The parking fee is PLN 25/day.
Children up to 4 years old can stay at VISLOW Resort for free as long as they sleep in their parents’ bed. You can also order a crib with sheets for an extra charge (PLN 50/per night) in case you would like a little more privacy. VISLOW Resort also offers additional amenities in form of a baby bathtub. Both are available free of charge when you request them from VISLOW’s staff when you are making your reservation (by phone, e-mail, or booking platforms). Due to the limited number of available accessories, please note that we may run out, which is why you should notify us of your child’s needs as soon as possible. Children aged over 5 years old are counted as adults.
A set of baby bedding, additional accessories or a travel cot must be reported before arrival, or no later than 5 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Pets (dogs) are always welcome, but we ask their owners to read the terms of pet stay at VISLOW Resort before making reservations. This must be done before you arrive. VISLOW Resort will provide your pet with a bed in just the right size and two bowls (for water and food). Our receptionists will gladly recommend the best trails to take with a dog. Pets are subject to a charge of PLN 95/day.
