Question: What is the standard of the apartments and do your TVs have Smart TV functions?
Answer:
Our apartments have an area ranging from 33 to over 60 m² and are open to two sides of the world, which guarantees plenty of natural light and spectacular views of the mountains and forests from private terraces or balconies. Each apartment is equipped with a living room with a modern flat-screen TV, free and fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and a fully functional kitchenette with a dining area, Nespresso coffee maker, and a tea set. We care about every tiny detail – we rigorously control the quality of the bedding, towels, and bathrobes, and all products served in our gastronomy are characterized by artisanal freshness.

Question: How can I order Room Service?
Answer: It is extremely simple and convenient! At Vislow Resort, we focus on modern technologies that enhance the comfort of your stay. In each of our apartments, we have prepared a dedicated tablet with an intuitive Room Service function for you. Using it, you can order delicious dishes from our restaurant directly to your living room within moments, without the need to call or go down to the reception. There may be interruptions in the Room Service function during the dinner hours in the season, and during group stay periods when the restaurant operation is paused.

Question: Are there deck chairs available in the apartment?
Answer: There are no deck chairs inside the apartments themselves, but we have fully taken care of your comfort outdoors. A large, perfectly prepared relaxation zone with comfortable deck chairs awaits you directly by our natural swimming pond, in the heart of the resort's green garden. Additionally, at our reception, you can borrow picnic blankets for free to relax on the grass.

Question: Where can I get water to refill bottles or carafes in the apartment?
Answer: As a resort deeply committed to the #eco philosophy, we have completely given up serving disposable water in plastic bottles. Instead, on the ground floor of each of our 9 buildings (directly in the ski/bike storage room), we have prepared so-called Water Points for you. These are modern dispensers with free, crystal-clear, filtered water. You can conveniently and ecologically fill apartment carafes, water bottles, or reusable bottles before heading out to the mountains.

Question: Are the apartments and resort spaces air-conditioned?
Answer: All our common areas in the main building – including the Vislow Restaurant, Lobby Bar, café, and wellness area – are fully air-conditioned, which ensures a pleasant temperature even on hot days. The apartments themselves do not have air conditioning due to our ecological architecture and care for natural air circulation. For full thermal comfort, in all apartments located on the top floors, we have prepared efficient standing fans for you.

Question: Are there internal passages (e.g., underground corridors) between the individual resort buildings?
Answer: There are no such passages – and we consider this a big advantage! Vislow Resort is the complete opposite of large, concrete hotel complexes where guests spend the entire holiday in closed, stuffy walls. Our intimate, dispersed architecture (9 detached buildings) deliberately invites you to move outdoors. A short walk along the paths to the restaurant or wellness zone is an excellent opportunity to breathe in the crystal-clear mountain air, feel the closeness of the Beskid nature, and truly slow down in the spirit of slow life.

Question: Is smoking cigarettes or e-cigarettes allowed on the apartment balcony?
Answer: Yes, smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes on balconies and terraces is allowed, but with full consideration for the comfort of other guests. Please close balcony doors tightly while smoking to prevent smoke from entering the apartment interior. We kindly ask you to also pay attention whether the smoke smell does not disturb guests in neighboring apartments. We promote mutual respect and relaxation in the spirit of slow life, so thank you for your understanding and care for the shared environment!

Question: Can bicycles be kept on the apartment balcony?
Answer: Yes, at Vislow Resort we recognize how valuable and important your sports equipment is. For this reason, we allow storing bicycles on balconies or terraces of the apartments, but this is done solely at your own risk. Please be especially careful when bringing in and storing your bicycle to avoid damaging the building's facade, barriers, or room equipment. At the same time, we remind you that we also provide a professional, locked, and monitored bike storage dedicated for this purpose, as well as an external bike rack.

Question: Is access to your resort complicated and are snow chains necessary in winter? Answer: Access to Vislow Resort is extremely simple, comfortable, and safe at all times of the year. The property is located directly adjacent to the main road, which means the route leading to us is regularly cleared of snow and maintained in excellent condition by city services. When arriving at us, you do not have to climb any steep, mountainous inclines or rises, so the use of snow chains during winter is not required. Question: Is Vislow Resort adapted to accommodate people with mobility impairments? Answer: Due to the architectural specifics of our resort – including the dispersed layout consisting of 9 separate buildings, the presence of natural terrain irregularities in the garden, and the lack of specialized facilities and barriers in the apartment bathrooms – our facility is not fully adapted to the needs of people using wheelchairs.

Gastronomy and dining

Question: I have strict dietary requirements and food allergies. Will your kitchen adapt meals to my needs?
Answer:
Our kitchen at the Vislow Restaurant is based on variety, freshness, and the highest quality ingredients from local suppliers. Our regular, seasonal menu and buffets are designed to be naturally friendly to people dealing with various conditions, allergies, or food intolerances.

In our menu, you will easily find a variety of ready dishes tailored to elimination diets – including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan. We ensure full transparency, so each menu item is thoroughly described in terms of ingredients, and the staff has complete allergen lists available.

Question: What are the breakfast serving hours?
Answer:
Breakfast is served as a rich, varied buffet from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM. On weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and daily during the high tourist season (summer holidays, winter breaks, holiday packages), you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast even longer – until 11:00 AM.

Wellness & SPA area

Question: Where exactly is the pool and wellness area located?
Answer:
Our indoor recreational pool, safe paddling pool for the youngest guests, saunas, and SPA treatment room are located in the main building of the resort. This is where our wellness center is, where you can regenerate your strength after mountain hikes.

Question: What is the exact size of the indoor pool in your resort?
Answer:
Our indoor pool in the wellness area has been designed as an intimate, cozy space with a recreational character (it is not an Olympic pool). It has a surface area of 16 m² (dimensions 4x4 m) and a constant, safe depth of 120 cm. It is equipped with relaxing underwater loungers with hydro-massage jets, and the water temperature is around 30°C, which guarantees excellent conditions for relaxation and regeneration after mountain hikes.

Question: Are towels and bathrobes available at the pool for guests?
Answer:
When visiting our wellness area, you do not need to bring towels with you. Fresh pool towels are always available and provided free of charge directly at the entrance, at the SPA reception. As for bathrobes, please bring them directly from your apartments, where we have prepared them for you before your arrival.

Question: Is there a changing room near the pool and wellness area?
Answer:
Yes, for the full comfort of our guests, a professionally prepared and comfortable changing room is located directly at the wellness and SPA area. This allows you to comfortably prepare for relaxation on-site. However, we would like to point out that the lockers do not have locks.

Question: Is the sauna in the wellness area textile or non-textile?
Answer:
At Vislow Resort, we attach great importance to maintaining proper, healthy sauna culture. To ensure comfort for all guests, daily from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the wellness area becomes accessible exclusively to adults (+18), where we promote and adhere to traditional sauna rules without swimwear, using only a towel. During the day, the saunas are available to all guests.

For families & recreation

Question: Are there suitable places near your resort for a walk with a baby stroller?
Answer:
Absolutely! One of the greatest advantages of our location is the proximity to beautiful, yet easily accessible walking trails, perfect for families with young children. We especially recommend the trip towards the famous Rodło Waterfalls (blue trail). This route starts at the nearby parking lot in Wisła Czarne and is about 6 km long round trip. Most of the path is a smooth asphalt trail with a very gentle incline, making it completely safe and extremely comfortable for a stroller walk amidst the sound of the stream and forest.

Question: Are animations and workshops organized for children at the resort?
Answer:
Yes, at Vislow Resort we ensure that our youngest Guests spend their time very actively and developing their skills. On selected days (according to the current resort schedule), and daily during holiday or festive packages, we organize 2-hour, original creative animations. The activities take place in our specially designed Creative Room (where children paint, sculpt, and solve puzzles) or outdoors, combining great fun with learning to cooperate with peers.

Booking, payments & arrival

Question: Is an ID card or other identification document required for check-in at the resort?
Answer:
Yes, according to current procedures and to ensure the highest safety for all guests, a valid photo ID must be presented at the reception during check-in – this can be an ID card, passport, or the mObywatel app.

Question: What is the difference between a non-refundable offer and a flexible offer?
Answer:
The difference lies in the payment and cancellation conditions. The non-refundable offer is ideal for guests who are completely sure of their plans – it guarantees the lowest possible price but requires prepayment and does not allow free cancellation. The flexible offer ("Price of the Day") allows free modification or cancellation of the reservation within the specified period, and if that deadline is exceeded, a personalized and flexible approach from the staff.

Question: Are bathrobes provided in the apartment and are they also available for children?
Answer:
Yes, each apartment comes with fluffy, soft bathrobes, slippers, and towels intended for adults. Bathrobes are not standard equipment for children – due to children’s varying ages and heights, we recommend bringing their own favorite bathrobes from home, in which they will feel most comfortable. However, you can easily get additional towels for the little ones at the SPA reception.

Question: When exactly will the blocked pre-authorization amount be refunded?
Answer:
The pre-authorization (300 PLN for a standard stay or 500 PLN if staying with a dog) is only a temporary hold on funds on the payment card, not an actual charge. This hold is automatically released by our system on the night after your check-out, following a routine inspection of the apartment by our staff. The final time of releasing the funds on your account depends solely on your bank’s internal procedures.

Question: What happens if I suddenly get sick before arrival or during my stay? Will I lose all paid funds?
Answer:
We understand that unforeseen situations happen, so we approach each client with full empathy and understanding, avoiding heartless adherence to procedures at the expense of your health. If you want maximum security, we encourage booking the flexible offer ("Price of the Day – flexible offer"), which allows easy modification or cancellation according to the offer conditions. In urgent and documented medical cases, we always strive to find a fair compromise (e.g., flexible rescheduling to another convenient date).

Question: How does parking work?
Answer:
We have a secure, fenced, and monitored above-ground parking lot. Our parking spaces are proportionally distributed near each of the 9 buildings, allowing you to park your car as close as possible to your apartment entrance. The parking fee is 25 PLN per day and is clearly communicated at every stage of booking. When choosing a stay package, parking is included free of charge.

Question: How do you open the entry barrier to the resort?
Answer:
Opening the entry barrier is simple and contactless via your mobile phone. Before arrival, we register in our parking system the phone number provided by you during booking. Upon arrival at the barrier, just make a call from this number to the phone number displayed directly on the barrier. The system will automatically verify the call and lift the barrier, allowing quick and comfortable entry without the need to open the car window or get out.

Question: Is there an electric car charger available at the resort?
Answer:
Currently, the complex itself does not have a dedicated electric vehicle charging station yet. As a resort deeply promoting the #eco and #slow philosophy, we are continuously developing our infrastructure, and installation of such chargers is planned in the near future. The nearest public fast EV charging station is located at the Kupiec grocery store on Wyzwolenia Street, just 1 km from our resort.

Question: Are bike racks available on the resort grounds?
Answer:
Yes! Vislow Resort is fully friendly for active leisure and cycling enthusiasts. Outside, within the complex, we prepared a bike rack near the main building. Additionally, if you want maximum security for your valuable equipment, we offer guests a lockable storage room for bikes and skis.

Question: Are there elevators in the resort buildings?
Answer:
Our resort consists of 9 intimate, low-rise buildings. 7 of them have modern elevators, which facilitate access to higher floors. Only 2 buildings in the entire complex do not have elevators. If you are traveling with small children in strollers, elderly persons, or have mobility difficulties, please inform us at the booking stage – we will gladly assign you an apartment on the ground floor or in a building equipped with an elevator.

Stay with pets

Question: When traveling with a dog, will I be accommodated in a different type of room and is my pet prohibited from entering the restaurant or lobby? What is the fee for a dog, what exactly does it include, and how do you maintain cleanliness? Are there any hidden costs?
Answer:
At Vislow Resort, we treat dogs as full-fledged family members, which is why we categorically reject practices used in some establishments that accommodate pet owners in isolated annexes of a lower standard. All our modern, spacious apartments ranging from 33 to over 60 m² are fully accessible to pets – we do not designate any inferior zones. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome in the Lobby Bar and Vislow Restaurant. To ensure your mutual comfort, our waiters can provide a special protective mat for the sofa free of charge, allowing your dog to rest comfortably right next to your table. For hygiene and sanitary reasons, the only restriction on dogs is in the SPA & Wellness area, the children's playroom, and the immediate vicinity of the buffet.
We emphasize full transparency: we have one fixed fee for staying with a dog of 95 PLN per day, regardless of the dog’s breed, size, or weight. Upon check-in, a pre-authorization (temporary hold on funds to secure the apartment) of 500 PLN (compared to 300 PLN without a dog) is made on the payment card, which is automatically released within 48 hours after check-out, following room inspection by our staff. We do not apply any hidden fees.
This fee is not just a "formal consent" for your dog’s presence in the room. For 95 PLN a day, your pet receives a full package of premium amenities:

  • Apartment equipment: a professional, orthopedic bed from the renowned Psyjaciele brand, sized to the dog, two bowls for water and food, a natural and healthy chew toy from Lordzeton as a welcome gift, and eco-friendly bags for walks.
  • Resort attractions: free access to a safe, fenced agility playground (behind the Kasztanowiec building) and the opportunity to swim and play in our summer natural bathing pond with a rocky beach.
  • Rental: the possibility to rent a protective mat free of charge directly to the apartment.
We know how important impeccable cleanliness is, especially after animals stay. After each guest with a dog departs, the apartment undergoes a rigorous two-stage process of deep vacuuming and specialist disinfection. This completely eliminates the risk of hair or odors, giving the next guests (including allergy sufferers) a full guarantee of a safe, spotless freshness.

Question: Is it possible to swim in the resort’s pond, and can dogs also use it?
Answer:
Of course! Our natural bathing pond with a rocky beach is an absolute hit in the summer season. The water in the pond is continuously filtered and regularly cleaned. Most importantly – dogs are full-fledged family members here, so we warmly invite you to enjoy swimming and playing in the water together with your pets! Due to the rocky bottom, we recommend bringing water shoes for swimming.
