Important information

  • The price in the sent offer is valid for 24 hours and may change afterward.
  • In the case of reservations including more than one apartment, we will try to assign them in the same building. However, please note that during the high season and periods of high occupancy, we cannot guarantee this.
  • If you need an invoice for your stay, please inform us and provide company details when making a reservation. After issuing a receipt, it is not possible to issue a VAT invoice.
  • Upon check-in, the reception performs a pre-authorization of the card for the amount of 300 PLN to secure the apartment. The pre-authorization is released up to 48 hours after check-out. This is not a charge but only a block on the card.
    * For stays with dogs, this amount is 500 PLN.
    * If you want to open a room account (hotel credit) and pay for additional services after check-out, an additional pre-authorization for the selected amount will be required.
  • Children up to 4 years old stay for free without services (towels, bathrobes, duvet, pillow) if they sleep together with parents on the same bed. If you need an extra bedding set for the child (pillow, duvet), an additional fee of 35 PLN / night applies (this concerns apartments with a sofa). There is also an option to rent a travel cot for 50 PLN / night.
  • The wellness area is open from 9:00 AM to midnight, however, from 9:00 PM it is only for adults.
  • There is an outdoor paid parking lot on the Resort premises according to the selected offer.
  • Passages between buildings are external; we do not have internal connectors between them.
  • For special dietary requirements, we can only offer standard options such as lactose-free dairy or gluten-free bread. Regarding allergens, please contact the staff directly.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are possible in the low season only if available; please inquire on the day of check-in or check-out accordingly.
  • The property is not adapted for disabled persons.
  • Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the house rules, payment terms, and dog stay regulations (if arriving with a pet), which are available on the website.
  • Before arrival, please provide your car registration number; this can be done in a reply message after receiving the reservation confirmation.
  • For check-in, an ID card, passport, or mobile ID is required; for foreigners, a passport or national ID without QR codes or other electronic IDs valid in their country.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the opening hours of the restaurant, bar, and spa, as well as changes to the animation and entertainment program.
  • We declare that the property ensures children's safety in accordance with the Lex Kamilek Act on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors. When booking stays with children, no identity documents of children are required at check-in; however, by signing the registration card, you declare that you have such documents and are their legal guardians.
  • In Wisła, a local tax of 3 PLN per person per day is charged.
    Important: the local tax is collected at check-in and cannot be included in the invoice or receipt for the stay.
