We have sun loungers and some water inflatables; rings, flamingos, balls, noodles. Umbrellas available for rent at the reception - in case you need some shade.
What's important? The beach is stony, so make sure to bring water shoes.
The level of the pond decreases as you descend, and the maximum depth is 120 cm.
Swimming Pond Regulations
**Organizational provisions:**
1. The pond is located at VISLOW Resort, at 3e Czarne Street, Wisła.
2. The pond has varying depths, with a maximum depth of 120 cm.
3. The use of the pond is at your own risk. The Resort reserves the right to temporarily suspend swimming without giving a reason. The functioning of the pond and the rights and obligations of its users are governed by these Regulations.
4. The facility is equipped with a video surveillance system along with recordings from cameras, which can be used as a basis for holding users accountable for not adhering to the regulations and instructions. The management declares that the surveillance is carried out in a manner that does not jeopardize the personal rights and dignity of the users, and the recordings are properly secured and archived.
**Pond usage rules:**
1. Before using the pond, the user should familiarize themselves with these regulations.
2. Persons on the pond premises who violate the order, good manners, pose a threat to other persons in VISLOW Resort, as well as those who do not comply with these regulations or the instructions of the staff, may be removed from VISLOW Resort.
**Rules for using the pond:**
1. Persons using the pond are obliged to:
- obey the instructions of the VISLOW Resort staff,
- adjust their activity plans to their skills, fitness, and health condition,
- exercise special caution on stones, passages, and platforms, especially when wet,
- use the pond equipment for its intended purpose and return it to the designated place after use,
- immediately inform the VISLOW Resort staff of any accidents, injuries, or other incidents that may affect their safety and that of others.
2. Children under 13 can only stay on the pond premises under the constant supervision of adults, who are fully responsible for the children under their care and are liable for any damage caused by them. Each child under the age of 3 must be under the care of at least one guardian. One guardian can be responsible for a maximum of three children aged 4-13.
3. Children under 3 must wear disposable swim diapers. Additionally, it is recommended to use neoprene shorts to prevent any impurities from entering the water.
4. Prohibited:
- Diving into the water,
- Leaving children unsupervised,
- Littering and polluting the pond and beach area,
- Trampling and uprooting vegetation,
- Using the pond outside the designated area,
- Entering and exiting the pond outside the designated places.
**Liability:**
1. Persons on the water areas are obliged to exercise due care to protect their own and others' lives and health.
2. VISLOW Resort is not responsible for accidents during the use of the pond.
