Route I: road or mountain bike - 16 km route
The road is asphalt throughout. There is little car traffic on the proposed sections, but please remember that it is not completely turned off. The route is suitable for all cycling enthusiasts. However, in the case of beginners, it will require breaks on the way to the goal. They can be used to take souvenir photos. It has several viewpoints.
On 16 kilometers of the route, if we want to stop, we will see the Dam in Wisła Czarny, the Castle of the President of the Republic of Poland, we will pass the popular Stecówka (currently under renovation) and we will also see a charming wooden church (reconstruction of the original church that burned down in 2013). Asphalt road. Heavy car traffic in sections. Intermediate route along the way: approximately 300 m of concrete slabs with asphalt in the middle.
We will move towards the popular Kubalonka. The road to Kubalonka was built in 1929. It is a favorite place for motorcyclists and cyclists who want to feel the adrenaline and thus keep residents and local services awake at night (we recommend the proposed route in the opposite direction). The traditions of motor sports date back to 1931, when the inauguration of the International Circular Mountain Race on Kubalonka took place. Later on the route we will enter Trójwieś Beskidzka, where the old tradition of the Beskid highlanders is still vividly preserved. There's a lot to admire. On the way back, mentioned in route no. By completing this route, we will reach the second largest peak in Wisła, the popular, unique Stożek with the oldest mountain shelter (more details about Stożek can be read in one of our previous entries). At the exit, you can slightly deviate from the trail to see the natural climbing wall in Wisła. The next interesting stop is Groń, where there is a beautiful panorama.
