The originally packed voucher is a perfect gift for a loved one. It is possible to send the voucher to the indicated address. After purchasing the voucher, please contact the Reception to provide shipping details. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
The condition for the implementation of the voucher is to make an earlier reservation via the website www.vislow.pl by entering the voucher number in the "I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE" box in the booking system, after selecting the date, number of people and the offer. It is also possible to make a reservation by phone or e-mail (giving the voucher number). Upon check-in, the voucher must be handed over to VISLOW staff. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, nor is the change paid when the voucher is not used in full. In a situation where the amount of the bill exceeds the value of the voucher, you must pay the remaining amount on the spot by card or cash. The voucher is valid for 6 months from purchase.
