The session lasts one hour and the cost is PLN 350 for a group of 1 to 4 people.
We provide mats, make sure you wear comfortable clothes and get ready to clear your mind of bad emotions.
Yoga takes place in the apartment where you have booked your stay, but if the weather is favorable and you feel like it, you can move to the fresh air, to a clearing in Vislow or to the terrace available on the top floor of each building.
