Food

Restaurant VISLOW – this is a place where passion meets flavor, where culinary art is created. The most important thing is the ingredients; we approach them with respect, and each dish is a manifestation of extraordinary care; it reflects many years of experience. Our cuisine is a wealth of flavors and aromas, and the Vislow Restaurant should be visited multiple times to appreciate their diversity; to experience the taste of the Beskids.

Café VISLOW - lobby bar – the younger sister of the Restaurant. This is where guests can try local cakes and aromatic coffee. It’s a great place for a quick espresso, a cocktail at the bar, or to spend some longer moments with a book. Here, no one is in a hurry.

Sports and entertainment

VISLOW Resort is a place to celebrate nature. In winter, for the active, we have nearby ski slopes, where you can experience true winter madness.
In the summer, we have a friendly bike rental. If your own equipment has broken down, we will help with the service. For our guests at Rowerowa Osada - bike rental in Wisła, you will receive a 10% discount.

For mountain hikers, we have numerous hiking trails in Wisła and the surrounding area, which can be viewed on the tablets available in the apartment.

Wellness & SPA

At VISLOW Resort, guests have access to the Wellness Zone, which includes: a pool with a shallow area for the youngest, a dry sauna, a steam sauna, a relaxation area, as well as a jacuzzi on the terrace.
The area is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, with adult-only hours from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
During the summer season, a swimming pond with a rocky beach is available for use during the Wellness Zone's opening hours.

We also invite you to relax at DANUTA KLAJSEK SPA. We work with natural cosmetics, and we help choose treatments depending on the needs of your skin and mind.

Conveniences for children

Playroom - a creative space for jumping and playing. Everyone will find something for themselves. We value ecology, so the toys in the Playroom are made of natural materials. We have wooden train tracks, a dollhouse, kaleidoscopes, puzzles, blocks, and much more.

The VISLOW Resort is located in the area of the Silesian Beskids Landscape Park.

The ski jump "Malinka" named after Adam Małysz - one of the most famous attractions in Wisła, located about 1 km away. After taking the cable car to the top, we recommend taking the yellow trail towards Cieńków. Besides the beautiful mountain panoramas, it's worth stopping for a moment to observe the grazing sheep (springtime). For gourmets, there will be oscypek available in one of the shepherd's huts.
Hiking trails - there's no need to drive anywhere to start a mountain hike. Cieńków, Stożek, Barania Góra - just choose.

Good to know

Local Fee

In Wisła, a local fee of 3 PLN/night is charged for each person.
Important: The local fee is collected at check-in and cannot be included in the invoice or receipt for the stay.

Pre-authorization

At check-in, the property will preauthorize the guest's credit card for 300 PLN for potential damages in the apartment, and if you are arriving with a dog, the preauthorization amount is 500 PLN.
The hold will be released within 48 hours of check-out, after the apartment has been checked by the staff.

If you would like to use additional services during your stay and charge them "to the room", a deposit will be required at the reception for these orders - a preauthorization on the card in the amount of 300 PLN or another amount agreed upon with the reception.

Terms of cancellation

Rezerwacja może być bezkosztowo anulowana w terminie do 14 dni przed przyjazdem, W takim przypadku wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w terminie 7 dni od zgłoszenia anulowania rezerwacji. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa za 30.00% wartości rezerwacji. Children policy

Children up to 4 years old can stay at VISLOW Resort for free as long as they sleep in their parents’ bed. You can also order a crib with sheets for an extra charge (PLN 50/per night) in case you would like a little more privacy. VISLOW Resort also offers additional amenities in form of a baby bathtub. Both are available free of charge when you request them from VISLOW’s staff when you are making your reservation (by phone, e-mail, or booking platforms). Due to the limited number of available accessories, please note that we may run out, which is why you should notify us of your child’s needs as soon as possible. Children aged over 5 years old are counted as adults. A set of baby bedding, additional accessories or a travel cot must be reported before arrival, or no later than 5 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Pets policy

Pets (dogs) are always welcome, but we ask their owners to read the terms of pet stay at VISLOW Resort before making reservations. This must be done before you arrive. VISLOW Resort will provide your pet with a bed in just the right size and two bowls (for water and food). Our receptionists will gladly recommend the best trails to take with a dog. Pets are subject to a charge of PLN 95/day.

Parking info

VISLOW Resort offers an outdoor, enclosed, and monitored parking lot. The parking spaces are allocated proportionally throughout the complex to let you park your car as close to your apartment as possible. The parking fee is PLN 25/day.
