The Habsburg economic settlement „At the beginnings of the Vistula” is a complex consisting of two historic wooden buildings dating back to the early 20th century. The smaller building served a residential and economic function, while the larger one was part of the Residence of the President of the Republic of Poland „The Little Castle”. The open-air museum was created as part of the project „Cieszyn Silesia – a shared history of wood, iron, and people,” carried out jointly with the Czech town of Třinec.
It is the history of our area presented in a very interesting way – for both adults and children. A must-visit spot in Wisła! Especially since it is located opposite Vislow!

The President of the Republic of Poland's Castle was built in 1929–1930 on the site of a wooden hunting lodge of the Habsburgs from the early 20th century that had burned down. It was a gift from the Silesian People to the President of the Republic, Ignacy Mościcki, and his successors.
Visiting the Residence and Chapel is free of charge and takes place in organized groups of up to 20 people with a guide. Barania Góra (1220 m above sea level) is one of the most popular peaks in the Silesian Beskids. There are no lifts, paved roads, or other facilities here, which makes it even more attractive for tourists. The most commonly chosen route is the red Main Beskid Trail from the PTTK Przysłop Shelter located above the Black Wisełka Valley at an altitude of 900 m above sea level. A scenic path leads to the summit, passing through a nature reserve. The queen of Polish rivers begins here – its sources are located on the slopes of Barania Góra. From the observation tower at the summit of Barania Góra, you can admire magnificent 360° panoramas.

A place where your dog doesn't have to be on a leash, where it can enjoy exercise, freely explore the surroundings, interact with new scents and other stimuli, and also take care of its needs. Basic agility elements are also placed in the park area. What is this sport for dogs about? Simply put, agility involves the dog overcoming a special obstacle course with the help of commands and guidance from the owner. The regulations are available at the entrance to the run, behind the building called Kasztanowiec.
For hot days and atmospheric evenings; for mornings with a book and birdsong, for water fun and sweet laziness accompanied by lemonade. SUMMER SEASON = bathing pond!
We have sun loungers and some inflatables for the water; rings, flamingos, balls, noodles. Parasols are available for rent at the reception - in case you need some shade.
Important to know? The beach is pebbly, so bring water shoes.
The pond level decreases as you go down, with a maximum depth of 120 cm. The water is filtered and regularly cleaned, and the algae that appear are a result of the water's purity.
We have a small, intimate pool – not for swimming laps, but for recreation. It features an area with underwater loungers with hydromassage – perfect for relaxation, as well as a space with a depth of 120 cm for light play, learning to swim, or what you came for (yes, we’ll say it again) – relaxation :)
The water temperature is around 30°C, while in the paddling pool it is always a few degrees warmer. Yes – there is a paddling pool for the youngest fans of "water adventures."
You can get pool towels at the entrance, at the spa reception. Bathrobes should be taken from the apartments.
The pool area has a drinking water shower for use without cups/bottles, but if you want – bring your own bottles/flasks. This solution was introduced out of concern for our environment; you won’t find disposable cups there.
The jacuzzi is located on the outdoor terrace, near the wellness area, and you can use it between 9:00 AM and midnight, with access from 9:00 PM only FOR ADULTS. This is very important for those seeking calm.
In our wellness area, you will find two saunas: a dry sauna and a steam sauna.
