Food

The VISLOW restaurant is a place where passion meets with taste. The ingredients are the most important; we treat them with respect, and every single dish is an expression of extreme care; it's an expression of many years of experience. Our cuisine is full of flavors and aromas. You need to visit VISLOW Restaurant more than once to fully experience the taste of the Beskids.

VISLOW café – the little sister of our Restaurant. This is the place for our Guests to try our regional pies, tarts, and other desserts.
Lobby bar – a place for a quick espresso, a cocktail at the bar, or a little reading time. There is no rush here. We savour every moment at the lobby bar.

Sports and entertainment

The VISLOW Resort is a place for celebration of nature. Enthusiasts of active recreation can take advantage of our bicycle partner, which also offers servicing if your own bicycle should break down.

We have prepared numerous tourist trails in Wisła and the surrounding area for avid mountain hikers, which you can preview on the tablets available in your apartment.

Wellness & SPA

The VISLOW Resort has a Wellness zone for its Guests, which includes a swimming pool and wading pool for kids, a dry sauna, a steam sauna, and a leisure zone.

The VISLOW SPA offers massages and body treatments. Our staff will not only make sure that you relax, but also tend to any potential injuries or strains you may experience when hiking in the mountains.

Conveniences for children

Playroom – a creative space to jump around and have some fun. There is something for everyone. We respect the environment, which is why the toys in the Playroom are made of natural materials. We have wooden train sets, doll houses, kaleidoscopes, puzzles, building blocks, and plenty more.

Extra: Our “VISLOW Kids” package is intended for our youngest guests aged 0-4. The package includes the following (depending on your requirements): a baby bathtub, a play mat and toys – all of which will be waiting for you in the apartment before you arrive.

Attractions and location

The VISLOW Resort is located in the Silesian Beskids Landscape Park. The result? You can see the forests surrounding the resort from the windows in every apartment.

Additional advantages of the location:

Tourist trails – you don’t need your car to start your mountain hike. Cieńków, Stożek, Barania Góra – all you need to do is choose.
Wisełka waterfall – you can hear the water in the apartments. The 8-metre‑high waterfall is the biggest one in Wisła and is located just outside the premises.
Lake Czerniańskie – there is a dam and a lake created by it just under 3 km away from the Resort. This is a historical location, which offers amazing views.
The Adam Małysz “Malinka” ski jump is one of the most famous attractions in Wisła, located just around 1 km away. When you take the cable car to the top, we recommend that you take the yellow route in the direction of Cieńków. Apart from admiring the beautiful panoramic mountain views, you can stop there to spend some time watching the grazing sheep (in the spring season). Gourmets can enjoy some smoked sheep milk cheese at one of the shepherd’s huts.

Coffee or tea?

All VISLOW Resort apartments are equipped with @nespresso coffee makers and tea. After hours spent in the mountains or on the slopes in the winter, you will need to get warm quickly. We recommend our coffee and tea corner, which is restocked on a daily basis.

Local charge

A local charge of PLN 2.00 per adult and PLN 1.00 per child, student, or retiree is collected in Wisła. Important: the local charge is collected upon check-in and cannot be included in the invoice or bill covering your stay.

Terms of cancellation

Rezerwacja może być bezkosztowo anulowana w terminie do 14 dni przed przyjazdem, W takim przypadku wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w terminie 7 dni od zgłoszenia anulowania rezerwacji. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa za 30.00% wartości rezerwacji. W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagane jest podanie danych karty kredytowej lub dokonanie przedpłaty za 30.00% wartości rezerwacji za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online.

Children policy

Children up to 4 years old can stay at VISLOW Resort for free as long as they sleep in their parents’ bed. You can also order a crib with sheets for an extra charge (PLN 50/per night) in case you would like a little more privacy. VISLOW Resort also offers additional amenities in form of a baby bathtub. Both are available free of charge when you request them from VISLOW’s staff when you are making your reservation (by phone, e-mail, or booking platforms). Due to the limited number of available accessories, please note that we may run out, which is why you should notify us of your child’s needs as soon as possible. Children aged over 5 years old are counted as adults.

Pets policy

Pets (dogs) are always welcome, but we ask their owners to read the terms of pet stay at VISLOW Resort before making reservations. This must be done before you arrive. VISLOW Resort will provide your pet with a bed in just the right size and two bowls (for water and food). Our receptionists will gladly recommend the best trails to take with a dog. Pets are subject to a charge of PLN 95/day.

Parking info

VISLOW Resort offers an outdoor, enclosed, and monitored parking lot. The parking spaces are allocated proportionally throughout the complex to let you park your car as close to your apartment as possible. The parking fee is PLN 25/day.
