The treatment begins with a sauna session and tapping with eucalyptus twigs. Next, we proceed to a relaxing aromatic peeling based on iodine-bromine salt and lemon balm oil. This oil naturally soothes nervous tension and chronic fatigue. It acts as a relaxant, reduces stress, eliminates feelings of anxiety, and promotes sleep. Thanks to a high content of antioxidants, it helps improve skin condition. The culmination of this experience is an aromatherapy massage performed using herbal shea butter. The composition of natural essential oils will transport your thoughts to a pastoral glade. The scent of lavender and bergamot will relax the mind, bringing deep relief.
